IT Support SpecialistWe are seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our client's team in Fort Collins, CO. This contract-to-hire opportunity is ideal for a technology professional with 2-3 years of experience who enjoys providing exceptional customer service, troubleshooting technical issues, and supporting both daily operations and project initiatives.In this role, you will provide day-to-day technical support for end users by resolving incidents and service requests while also contributing to IT projects that support business objectives. Success in this position requires strong communication skills, adaptability, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused mindset.QualificationsProvide day-to-day IT support by managing and resolving incidents, requests, and technical issues.Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system-related problems.Support end users through effective communication and professional customer service.Participate in assigned IT projects, including implementation, upgrades, and maintenance activities.Document issues, resolutions, and support activities in accordance with team procedures.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of technical challenges.Maintain and support Microsoft, Cisco, Azure, and Azure Fabric environments.Participate in an on-call support rotation to address after-hours technical needs.Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.2-3 years of IT support, help desk, desktop support, or related experience.Experience supporting Microsoft technologies and environments.Exposure to Cisco networking technologies.Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure and Azure Fabric.Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.Strong customer service and professional relationship-building skills.Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorshipMust demonstrate a "can-do" attitudeExperience working in a hybrid infrastructure environment.Exposure to project-based IT work in addition to operational support.Experience participating in an on-call support rotation.We focus on candidates that display our "ACE" factor – Attitude, Compassion, and Enthusiasm to deliver quality solutions with exceptional customer service.Compensation Range: $24-28 an hourWhat you get: We offer weekly competitive pay, medical, dental, vision, 401K and more.OverviewMOTIVATED…make IT happen!Sentinel Technologies, Inc. has been rated a top workplace every year since 2012!About Us: Sentinel delivers solutions that can efficiently address a range of IT needs – from security, to communications, to systems & networks, to software applications, to cloud and managed services; all of which include our staffing solutions for our clients.
