Practice Manager
The Practice Manager oversees the hospital's daily operations, team, client experience, and financial performance. This role works closely with the medical team and CVP leadership to ensure a positive environment and high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and support hospital staff.
- Oversee hiring, scheduling, training, and performance management.
- Manage daily hospital operations, inventory, facilities, and compliance.
- Address client concerns and support a positive client experience.
- Monitor budgets, financial reports, payroll, and purchasing.
- Support marketing, community relationships, and hospital growth.
- Partner with veterinary and CVP leadership on hospital goals and initiatives.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of veterinary hospital management experience.
- Emergency or specialty experience preferred.
- College degree preferred.
- Veterinary Practice Management certification is a plus.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
