Location: Kearney, NE
Pay: $18.00-19.00/hour DOE
Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM-4:30 PM
Overtime: Fridays and Saturdays as needed

What You'll Do

• Support daily fabrication and production operations
• Operate fabrication equipment including press brakes, punches, shears and other machinery
• Assist with CNC machine operations
• Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions
• Move materials using forklifts, cranes, hoists and other material handling equipment
• Inspect equipment and report maintenance concerns
• Follow safety and quality standards

What We're Looking For

• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Previous CNC or machine operation experience preferred
• Ability to read blueprints preferred
• Strong attendance and reliability
• Ability to work in a team-oriented manufacturing environment
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
