Position Department Managers – hourly wage $17.00–$22.00, depending on experience and availability. Manage assigned departmental systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management; set goals, delegate tasks, follow up, and report results to team and other managers. Guest Service Department: ensure crew and managers deliver excellent customer experience, execute sales promotions, train staff in service procedures, and maintain organization of Front Counter McCafé and Drive‑Thru areas. Kitchen Department: ensure quality food delivery, food safety, cost control, and proper training of kitchen staff for production procedures and new menu items. People Department: hire qualified crew, train them, schedule them to meet sales and profit goals, ensure crew get off to a good start, and recognize and motivate them. Qualifications Previous managerial experience preferred, ideally in restaurant, retail, or hospitality. Positive team player with flexible schedule and passion for fast‑paced environment.
