Naviga Recruiting & Executive Search is hiring a full-time Remote Collections Specialist to support a newly expanded business unit. You will manage client onboarding, payment processing, and report generation while collaborating closely with attorneys and billing professionals. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in collections or financial administration, alongside strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
