Optometrist - OD/MD Group - $20,000-$30,000 Sign-on Bonus + Equity! - Seneca, PA

We are seeking a medically oriented Optometrist to join our surgical-focused Ophthalmology group in Seneca, Pennsylvania!

Our established practices operate with a true private practice feel, where you will join a collegial team focused on excellent patient care! We have updated state-of-the-art technology and a large support staff to make sure you have everything you need to deliver the best patient care in the area!

Compensation and Benefits!

Partnership opportunities available within 24 months (equity buy-in up to $100k)
$20,000-$30,000 Sign-on Bonus
Relocation Assistance available
$140,000-$160,000 Base + Production model (2 options)
After 3x the Base in Collections - you will make 30% of Collections in Bonus or
Straight percentage of Net Collections with a guarantee Base Salary Year 1
*Starting salary is based on experience
401k with 4% match after 12 months of working
Medical / Dental / Vision (United Healthcare)
15-25 days PTO a year (including sick/vacation/CE)
5-7 Paid holidays a year
CME allowance $1500-2500 a year
Paid Malpractice
Short-term + Long-term Disability coverage
Life Insurance

Practice Details + Schedule

3+ patients per hour
Tech & Scribe support to optimize efficiency
Shared call schedule split evenly with all MDs and ODs in the practice
Full-time
5 days/week; some offices may offer 4-day option

**All states require Optometrists to be licensed. The ideal candidate must have obtained an O.D. Degree from an Accredited Optometry School and must have completed all sections of the National Board of Examiners in Optometry Exam.**
