You'll work under BCBA supervision to support skill development and positive behavior change-while gradually building experience and hours toward a full-time schedule if desired. This role is ideal for individuals seeking flexibility now with the option to grow. What You'll Do * Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy sessions under BCBA supervision * Implement treatment plans across home, school, and community settings * Use play-based, individualized strategies to engage children * Collect accurate session data and progress notes * Collaborate with families, school staff, and clinical supervisors * Apply feedback and coaching to strengthen clinical skills * Support skill generalization across environments How Success Is Measured Success in this role is defined by: * Consistent, compassionate engagement with children and families * Reliability across assigned sessions and locations * Accurate data collection and documentation * Openness to feedback and professional growth * Communication and teamwork Pay Range * Hourly Rate: $19.00 - $25..00/hour (based on education and experience) Additional factors that may increase starting pay include: * Prior ABA or behavioral health experience * Higher education or relevant coursework * Fluency in additional languages * Advanced certifications or specialized training ____________________________________________________________________________________ Qualifications & Essential Job Functions * Minimum age of 18 * High School diploma or GED required * Ability to actively engage in child-centered play and therapeutic activities * Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including: * Lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs * Bending, kneeling, squatting, and transitioning between activities and locations * Responding appropriately to challenging behaviors, including aggression or elopement * Reliable transportation and ability to travel consistently within your assigned service region * Valid driver's license and punctual attendance * Comfort working across home, school, and community settings * No prior ABA experience required - we train you Experience That Transfers Well * Childcare or education (nanny, tutor, paraprofessional) * College students in psychology, education, social work, or related fields * Mental health or human services roles * Camp counselor, volunteer, or youth program experience ____________________________________________________________________________________ Why CAS Is Different We intentionally design part-time roles that: * Provide flexibility without sacrificing clinical quality * Offer real training and meaningful support * Create clear, supported paths to full-time employment * Value reliability, growth, and long-term potential ____________________________________________________________________________________ Not Ready to Make the Jump - but Know Someone Who Is?
