Participates in projects, partnering with Senior Analysts, business and HR leaders to solve moderately complex business problems and improve business effectiveness.Ability to follow project plans and identify possible conflicts Ability to perform moderately complex configuration testing and tasks for maintaining HR systems and applications.Ability to partner with senior counterparts to support creation of reports and pipelines supporting the entire organization.Designs, develops, codes, tests, debugs SQL Queries and Power BI dashboards. With some guidance, able to translate business requests into data pipelines or reports.Ability to locate and document data quality issues that are encountered and ensure they are successfully remedied. Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
