Maintenance Supervisor – Bowling Green, KY

Brookside Properties is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations at a multifamily community in Bowling Green KY. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for ensuring the property is safe, well-maintained, and operating efficiently.

What You Bring

2+ years of multifamily maintenance experience required
High School Diploma or GED
HVAC certification and EPA certification required
Strong skills in plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and carpentry
Experience leading turns, work orders, and preventive maintenance programs
Strong leadership, communication, and team coordination skills
Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced apartment environment

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily maintenance operations
Lead, train, and support maintenance technicians and vendors
Manage work orders, make-readies, and preventive maintenance schedules
Ensure all safety standards and compliance requirements are met
Respond to maintenance issues in a timely and professional manner
Maintain property appearance, systems, and overall operational efficiency
