Groth Pain and Spine is seeking a dedicated and clinically skilled Physical Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team. This role is ideal for a professional committed to delivering high-quality, evidence-based care to patients experiencing acute and chronic pain conditions.

The Physical Therapist will be responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and treating patients with a variety of musculoskeletal and neuromuscular conditions. This individual will develop personalized treatment plans aimed at restoring function, reducing pain, and improving overall quality of life.

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and establish appropriate treatment plans
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to individual patient needs
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as clinically indicated
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
• Collaborate effectively with physicians and other healthcare professionals
• Educate patients on injury prevention, rehabilitation strategies, and long-term wellness

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
• Active NYS licensure
• Strong clinical reasoning and manual therapy skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Commitment to patient-centered care and professional development
