Bilingual Non‑CDL Box Truck Driver & Logistics Associate

Rate: $25.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (with potential extended hours as assigned)

Do you like splitting your time between the road and the warehouse floor? Imagine starting at 7:00 AM with a quick inspection, loading via liftgate, and knocking out a series of safe, efficient deliveries. Later, you’re back at the facility, returning your device and vehicle, logging any issues, and teaming up to unload containers and move boxes averaging 50 lbs. If that balance sounds right, this role is for you.

Your Impact

• Drive a company box truck or cargo van to complete assigned deliveries safely and on time.
• Follow traffic laws, delivery instructions, and all safety procedures without exception.
• Use a liftgate to load and unload; secure cargo before departure.
• Return vehicle, equipment, and company devices after each route.
• Report maintenance needs, incidents, and customer feedback promptly.
• Support warehouse operations when not driving: unload containers and stage/move boxes.
• Maintain the physical stamina to lift, push, and move boxes averaging 50 lbs.
• Honor assigned schedules and meal breaks.

What You Need

• Valid driver’s license; CDL not required.
• Comfort with liftgate operation and delivery equipment.
• Consistency in handling heavy products.
• Dependable, safety-conscious work style.
• Strong communicator and team player; bilingual skills (e.g., English/Spanish) helpful with customers.
