Information Technology System Administrator

En este rol, serás responsable de diseñar, implementar y mantener la infraestructura tecnológica de la Compañía, incluyendo servidores, redes, plataformas en la nube e identidades, garantizando la disponibilidad, seguridad y rendimiento óptimo de los sistemas corporativos. Este puesto actúa como punto de escalamiento técnico para el equipo de IT Support, lidera la administración de entornos híbridos (on-premise y cloud) y asegura el cumplimiento de los estándares de ciberseguridad de la Compañía, incluyendo el marco NIST Cybersecurity Framework (CSF) 2.0, mientras impulsa la adopción de herramientas de automatización e inteligencia artificial. Administrar, configurar y mantener los servidores físicos y virtuales (Windows Server / Linux) que soportan los sistemas críticos de la Compañía. Diseñar, implementar y monitorear la infraestructura de red (switches, firewalls, VPN, Wi-Fi corporativo y conectividad entre sedes) y los entornos de nube (AWS, Google Cloud y/o Azure), incluyendo la provisión de recursos, costos, seguridad y disponibilidad. Gestionar identidades y accesos a nivel avanzado en Azure Entra ID (SSO, MFA, accesos condicionales, políticas de grupo) y administrar las plataformas de gestión de endpoints (MDM/UEM), como Microsoft Intune, incluyendo sus políticas de seguridad y cumplimiento. Diseñar e implementar las estrategias de respaldo (backup) y recuperación ante desastres (DR) de la Compañía, incluyendo pruebas periódicas de restauración. Ejecutar y supervisar la gestión de parches (patch management) y las actualizaciones de sistemas operativos, servidores y aplicaciones, e implementar los controles de seguridad alineados al marco NIST Cybersecurity Framework (CSF) 2.0 vigente en la Compañía. Actuar como punto de escalamiento técnico (Nivel 2/3) para el equipo de IT Support, resolviendo incidentes complejos de infraestructura, y monitorear el rendimiento, la capacidad y la disponibilidad de los sistemas para anticipar problemas antes de que impacten a los usuarios. Automatizar tareas administrativas y de mantenimiento mediante scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Python) y herramientas de inteligencia artificial generativa, impulsando su adopción dentro del equipo de Tecnología. Documentar la arquitectura de sistemas, los procedimientos, runbooks y políticas de infraestructura de forma clara y actualizada. Coordinar con proveedores externos (proveedores de internet, hosting y licenciamiento) la gestión de contratos y el soporte técnico, y colaborar con el equipo de Tecnología en proyectos de migración, adopción de nuevas plataformas y mejora continua de la infraestructura. Cumplir con las políticas y los procedimientos administrativos y de recursos humanos establecidos por la Compañía. Bachillerato en Ciencias de Computadoras, Tecnología de la Información o campo relacionado. Certificaciones profesionales en administración de sistemas o redes, tales como CompTIA Server+/Network+/Security+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, AWS/GCP Certified Administrator, CCNA o equivalentes. Mínimo 3 a 4 años de experiencia en administración de sistemas, infraestructura o redes. Skills Técnicos / Funcionales Dominio avanzado de administración de servidores Windows Server y sistemas Linux en entornos corporativos. Sólidos conocimientos de redes (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, routing, switching y segmentación de redes) y experiencia administrando entornos de nube (AWS, Google Cloud y/o Azure). Administración avanzada de identidades y accesos en Azure Entra ID (SSO, MFA, accesos condicionales) y de plataformas de gestión de endpoints (MDM/UEM), como Microsoft Intune. Conocimiento profundo del marco NIST Cybersecurity Framework (CSF) 2.0 y su aplicación práctica. Experiencia en diseño e implementación de estrategias de respaldo (backup) y recuperación ante desastres (DR). Habilidad de scripting y automatización (PowerShell, Bash, Python) y experiencia utilizando herramientas de inteligencia artificial generativa (por ejemplo, Gemini o Claude) para automatización, documentación y resolución de problemas.
