Production Support Operator – Fabrication & Logistics

Location: Ashland, VA

Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour

Schedule: Day Shift

• Assembling and disassembling components per drawings or instructions.
• Loading/unloading materials, products, and equipment from containers, trucks, and machines.
• Using hand and power tools to cut, measure, and prepare stock for production.
• Supporting machine operations by safely loading and unloading parts.
• Staging, moving, and organizing materials throughout the facility and worksite.
• Maintaining clean work areas and following safety procedures without compromise.
• Tackling additional production and general labor tasks as needed.

• Background in general labor, manufacturing, construction, production, or warehouse work.
• Comfort and competency with common hand/power tools.
• Readiness to work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials for the duration of your shift.
• Dependability, a strong work ethic, and a focus on safety.
• Ability to take direction and work solo or with a team.

• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and stooping.
• Regular lifting up to 50 lbs; occasional pushing/pulling over 50 lbs.
• Physically demanding, fast-moving setting.

• Hourly pay: $18.00 – $20.00
