Construction Project Manager Location: Eden Prairie, MN (Permanent position) Job Type: Permanent Responsibilities Provide overall leadership and accountability for multiple construction projects simultaneously. Drive project planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout in alignment with company standards. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle. Support business development and preconstruction efforts. Review bid documents and scopes of work. Solicit, analyze, and level subcontractor and vendor bids. Participate in pre-bid meetings and site walks. Assist with preparation of project estimates and proposals. Work Environment Competitive base salary commensurate with experience, monthly vehicle allowance, discretionary performance bonus. Flexible work schedule with hybrid options available.
