National Sales Director

Job DescriptionJob DescriptionAbout the role:Lynx Systems is looking for an experienced National Sales Director to grow our presence in the physical security market. You'll be the face of Lynx Systems to enterprise clients, system integrators, and facility managers. This is an in-office position at our Richardson Texas headquarters.What you'll do:Develop and manage a pipeline of enterprise and mid-market accounts in the physical security spaceConsult with facility managers, security directors, and emergency management teams to identify needs and position Lynx solutionsWork with our Software House and Genetec partners sales pipelinesDrive the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through proposal, demonstration, and closeBuild and maintain relationships with system integrators and channel partnersRepresent Lynx Systems at industry trade shows and eventsCollaborate with engineering and technical support teams to communicate client feedback and market needsMaintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activity in Zoho CRMWhat we're looking for:5+ years of sales experience in the physical security industry, with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding quotaHands-on familiarity with industry-leading platforms including Software House CCure 9000, Genetec Security Center, and video monitoring/VMS systemsDeep understanding of facility-wide duress, emergency notification, and mass alerting solutionsExperience selling to enterprise clients, security integrators, healthcare, education, government, or corporate campus environmentsCompensation & benefits:This role offers a base salary plus an uncapped commission structure, rewarding high performers with significant earning potential.
