Board Certified Behavior Analyst Benefits Base salary up to $85K Comprehensive Health Benefits are paid at 75% by the employer Free On-site childcare for staff PTO and a Flexible Schedule Retirement (company contribution) and Life Insurance (paid at 100% by employer) Ongoing learning and development opportunities Supportive and Collaborative Environment Board Certified Behavior Analyst Requirements Must pass required state and company background checks Master’s Degree in Behavior Analysis Board Certified or in the process (we will help you complete your certification!) Experience working with children in clinic and/or at‑home settings 1-2+ years of ABA experience Be able to work onsite (mostly) or in the home Genuine passion for helping children Board Certified Behavior Analyst Responsibilities Conduct FBAs and develop and implement BIPs for children with autism and other developmental disabilities. Supervise and train registered behavior RBTs in implementing BIPs. Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure children receive comprehensive and coordinated services. Collect and analyze data to track progress and make necessary modifications to BIPs. Staying up-to-date on the latest research and best practices in ABA therapy. #J-18808-Ljbffr
