Job Title: Human Resources Benefits Coordinator Job #: 6013 Category: Human Resources Position Type: Full-time, Permanent Description: Our client is currently seeking a HR Benefits Specialist to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent position. Responsibilities Include: Administer employee health, welfare, and benefit plans for assigned locations. Process benefit enrollments, eligibility, dependents, and payroll deductions. Assist employees with benefit questions and open enrollment. Reconcile monthly benefit billing and maintain accurate records. Handle COBRA administration and required documentation. Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Some experience with benefits enrollment and open enrollment preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and ADP Workforce Now. Strong communication skills and a friendly, customer-service-oriented demeanor. Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
