Roof Repair Technician – Full-Time
Company: Warren Roofing, LLC
Location: Okaloosa & Walton Counties, FL (On-Site)
Pay: Competitive weekly pay, based on experience
Warren Roofing, LLC is hiring an experienced Roof Repair Technician to diagnose and complete repairs on asphalt shingle and metal roofs . We’re looking for someone who is reliable, safety-minded, and professional with customers.
$1,000 Sign-On Bonus
Responsibilities
- Perform roof repairs, including leaks, flashing, penetrations, storm damage, and ridge caps
- Assist with emergency dry-ins and occasional storm response
- Follow OSHA and company safety standards, including proper ladder and fall-protection procedures
- Maintain clean, safe, and professional job sites
Requirements
- Experience with shingle and metal roof repairs required
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record – company van and tools provided
- Comfortable working at heights and able to lift 50+ lbs.
- Skilled with roofing tools, flashing, and basic carpentry
- Strong work ethic, punctual, reliable, and customer-focused
- Able to use a smartphone or tablet for job photos, notes, work orders, and communication
Schedule
- Monday–Friday, daytime hours
- Overtime as needed for weather or emergencies

For the right candidate, this position offers the opportunity to take on additional responsibilities and earn commission on qualifying repair work sold .
- Conduct roof inspections and identify needed repairs
- Document findings with photos and detailed notes
- Explain recommended repairs to homeowners in a professional manner
- Prepare or assist with repair recommendations and estimates
- Earn commission on qualifying repair work sold
- Coordinate approved repairs with office staff and complete work orders accurately
