Qualifications and Experience:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current and valid state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Previous experience in a school setting is highly valued, though strong candidates from other backgrounds will be considered
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Collaborative mindset and willingness to work closely with teachers, staff, and families

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify speech, language, and communication needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students
• Deliver direct therapy services, both in individual and group formats
• Maintain accurate, thorough records and document progress toward IEP goals
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
• Provide support and guidance to educators and family members to help reinforce therapy objectives in the classroom and at home
