Qualifications and Experience:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current and valid state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Previous experience in a school setting is highly valued, though strong candidates from other backgrounds will be considered
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Collaborative mindset and willingness to work closely with teachers, staff, and families
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students
- Deliver direct therapy services, both in individual and group formats
- Maintain accurate, thorough records and document progress toward IEP goals
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
- Provide support and guidance to educators and family members to help reinforce therapy objectives in the classroom and at home
