Roofing Project Manager

Roofing Project Manager Blueprint Roofing is seeking an organized, customer-focused Roofing Project Manager to oversee residential roofing projects from start to finish. This role serves as the primary point of contact for customers, roofing crews, and internal team members to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and to our high‑quality standards. What We're Looking For Strong work ethic and reliability Professionalism and accountability Attention to detail Leadership and conflict‑resolution skills Positive attitude and team‑first mindset Commitment to quality workmanship Ability to communicate effectively with both customers and crews Responsibilities Project Coordination & Oversight Manage roofing projects from material delivery through final completion Schedule and coordinate roofing crews, suppliers, and project timelines Conduct job site visits to monitor progress and ensure quality workmanship Ensure projects remain on schedule and communicate any delays or issues promptly Verify materials are delivered accurately and available when needed Complete final walkthroughs and quality inspections before project closeout Customer Experience Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the project Provide timely updates and maintain clear communication with homeowners Address customer concerns professionally and efficiently Ensure every customer receives a positive experience from start to finish Safety & Compliance Monitor job sites to ensure company safety policies and OSHA standards are followed Identify and address safety concerns immediately Maintain project documentation and job records Ensure crews follow Blueprint Roofing standards and procedures Quality Control Review completed work for accuracy and craftsmanship Manage punch lists and ensure all items are completed Coordinate corrective actions when necessary Maintain Blueprint Roofing's reputation for excellence and quality Qualifications Required Roofing industry experience Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Valid driver's license with a good driving record Ability to pass a pre‑employment drug screening Proficiency using smartphones, tablets, and basic computer applications Preferred Bilingual (English/Spanish) Previous project management or construction leadership experience Knowledge of residential roofing systems and installation practices Compensation & Benefits $25.00 per hour Performance‑based bonus opportunities Paid Holidays Vacation and Sick paid time off Paid training on company systems and processes Career growth opportunities Supportive team environment Company vehicle available during work hours #J-18808-Ljbffr
