Interdisciplinary Coordination & Advocacy: Serve as the central communication hub across medical disciplines to ensure a unified care team, while proactively advocating for patient safety through precise assessments and documentation. Clinical Execution & Physician Partnership: Execute complex treatment strategies and life‑saving interventions with precision, acting as a high‑level partner to physicians in delivering daily clinical support. Discharge Planning & Empowerment: Lead comprehensive transition planning to empower patients and families, providing the necessary tools and confidence for continued recovery and holistic health after discharge. What minimum requirements you’ll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Registered Nurse credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Education: Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
