Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Electrician Assistant to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a passion for electrical work and a drive to learn and grow within the industry. As an Electrician Assistant, you will play a crucial role in helping our team complete electrical projects and tasks while gaining valuable experience and knowledge. This position is scheduled last up to 12 months and is a temp to hire position; the schedule is Monday through Friday 7:00am- 5:00pm and Saturday 7:00am to 3:00pm.
- Assist electricians with various tasks on job sites
- Staging & pulling orders, stocking & re-stocking shelves
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and components
- Quality checks & inventory management
- Maintain a safe work environment and adhere to industry safety standards
- Communicate effectively with electricians, customers, and other team members
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3-4 years' experience as an electrician helper or in a related field
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and components
- Ability to use hand and power tools
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
