Commercial Superintendent – Multiple Openings

About the Opportunity

One of Central Florida’s leading Commercial General Contractors is seeking multiple experienced Commercial Superintendents to support a strong and growing project backlog across K–12, Hospitality, and Medical construction . These roles are ideal for field leaders who take pride in delivering high-quality projects, maintaining safe jobsites, and leading teams with confidence and accountability.

Superintendents will play a critical role in managing daily field operations and ensuring projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all on-site construction activities from project start through closeout
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and trade partners
• Develop and maintain project schedules and sequencing plans
• Enforce jobsite safety standards and company policies
• Conduct regular site walks to monitor progress, quality, and safety
• Coordinate inspections and ensure compliance with local codes and regulations
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Owners, and Design Teams
• Identify and resolve field issues proactively
• Maintain accurate daily reports and documentation

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on commercial construction projects
• Experience in K–12, healthcare/medical, or hospitality construction preferred
• Strong understanding of construction methods, sequencing, and building systems
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Ability to manage multiple trades and fast-paced schedules
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• OSHA certification preferred
