Commercial Superintendent – Multiple Openings

Location: Tampa Bay Area

About the Opportunity

One of Central Florida’s leading Commercial General Contractors is seeking multiple experienced Commercial Superintendents to support a strong and growing project backlog across K–12, Hospitality, and Medical construction . These roles are ideal for field leaders who take pride in delivering high-quality projects, maintaining safe jobsites, and leading teams with confidence and accountability.

Superintendents will play a critical role in managing daily field operations and ensuring projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Lead all on-site construction activities from project start through closeout
Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and trade partners
Develop and maintain project schedules and sequencing plans
Enforce jobsite safety standards and company policies
Conduct regular site walks to monitor progress, quality, and safety
Coordinate inspections and ensure compliance with local codes and regulations
Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Owners, and Design Teams
Identify and resolve field issues proactively
Maintain accurate daily reports and documentation

Qualifications

5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on commercial construction projects
Experience in K–12, healthcare/medical, or hospitality construction preferred
Strong understanding of construction methods, sequencing, and building systems
Proven leadership and team management skills
Ability to manage multiple trades and fast-paced schedules
Strong communication and organizational skills
OSHA certification preferred
