Sales Manager

Description Join Retreat Hotels & Resorts as our next Sales Manager! In this role, you'll build client relationships, grow corporate and group business, and help drive hotel revenue. We offer a competitive salary of $50,000-$52,000 annually, plus a performance-based bonus opportunity of up to 10-20%. Responsibilities $44 Qualifications • Minimum of 2 years of hotel sales, hospitality, or business development experience preferred.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and achieve sales goals.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with hotel property management or sales systems (FOSSE, OnQ, Opera, Delphi, or similar) preferred.
• Valid driver's license with the ability to travel locally for client meetings, networking events, and outside sales calls.
