What You'll Do

• Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for the Hematology/Oncology division
• Serve as Associate Medical Director for the Cancer Service Line to guide systemwide cancer care strategy
• Lead and supervise over 40 academic hematology/oncology physicians
• Manage clinical, research, and academic programs, including bone marrow transplant and infusion services
• Oversee oncology services across five hospitals and multiple outpatient sites
• Collaborate with internal and external leadership to advance cancer research, clinical trials, and precision medicine
• Support educational and professional development for faculty and trainees
• Develop innovative inpatient and outpatient oncology care models
• Maintain approximately 25% clinical practice within the division

What You Need

• Hematology/Oncology fellowship completion
• Proven leadership experience within an academic or large health system
• Experience overseeing faculty, clinical programs, and research initiatives
• Board Certification in Hematology and Oncology
• EMR proficiency (Epic preferred)

• Leadership titles such as Vice Chair, Chief, Program Director, or Director
• Experience promoting multidisciplinary collaboration and research development
