As a Front Desk Security Professional at a financial institution location, you will serve as a welcoming, visible presence while helping to deter security-related incidents. You will greet visitors, manage access, monitor activity, respond to concerns, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and clients at a financial services office by following site-specific procedures and security-related policies.
• Serve as the primary front desk contact, greeting and screening visitors, verifying appointments, issuing visitor credentials, and directing guests appropriately.
• Monitor access to the lobby and reception area, maintain visitor logs, and report unusual activity or access concerns according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and emergency responders when needed.
• Support front desk operations by answering phones, providing basic site information, and documenting security-related incidents and daily activities.

Minimum Requirements:

• Supervisory experience is required.
• Five or more years of security-related experience is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
