What You'll Do

• Schedule interviews between candidates and our recruiters for in-depth assessment
• Maintain consistent communication with leads to foster interest and assist throughout the hiring process
• Ensure our applicant tracking system is kept accurate and current
• Earn commission based on the meetings you arrange, interviews generated, and hires attributed to your leads

Compensation Structure
