Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct individual therapy sessions focusing on diverse therapeutic approaches to meet client needs, under the guidance of nursing staff. \n
- Document patient progress accurately and timely, reflecting updates on treatment goals and addressing any concerns relevant to client care. \n
- Provide compassionate observation of clients, ensuring their wellbeing during interactions and therapy sessions. \n
- Orient new patients and their families to our telehealth program, guiding them through session structures and addressing initial concerns. \n
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to advocate for additional services or resources for clients as needed. \n
- Stay informed about treatment goals for assigned clients to provide tailored support and actionable feedback throughout therapy. \n
- Utilize effective time management to prioritize tasks, ensuring timely documentation and client support. \n
- Manage crisis situations with professionalism and care, monitoring clients for signs of distress and reporting changes in behavior. \n

Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling. \n
- An independent license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) issued by the state board. Limited or provisional licenses are not accepted. \n
- Proficient in conducting professional evaluations, making treatment recommendations, and planning accordingly. \n
- Exceptional interpersonal skills combined with a sympathetic and empathetic nature to effectively engage clients. \n
- Strong computer literacy skills to efficiently manage telehealth platforms and electronic health records. \n

- Previous experience in telehealth settings is highly preferred, enhancing understanding of remote engagement and care delivery. \n
- Experience working with diverse populations, particularly in multicultural contexts. \n
- Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic practices and techniques to effectively adapt to individual client needs. \n
Competitive compensation is offered within the range of $120,000 to $130,000 per year.
