Bachelor's degree from an ASHA-accredited university, active Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) license and minimum 1+ years speech-language pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:

• Active SLPA license or eligibility to obtain (licensure wait considered)
• Experience in school settings and/or healthcare as an SLPA strongly preferred
• Familiarity with IEP documentation, therapy management, and collaborating with supervising SLPs
• Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic practices for K-12 students
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech-language therapy to K-12 students as outlined by IEPs
• Assist in developing, implementing, and tracking individualized treatment plans under SLP supervision
• Support data collection, progress tracking, and reporting requirements
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to enhance student outcomes
• Prepare and maintain materials, records, and therapy logs in compliance with school standards
