Assistant Store Leader (Assistant Manager)

What you bring:

  • Leadership in customer service, training, and coaching
  • High retention through qualified applicant identification and employee empowerment
  • Assistance in merchandising and marketing programs
  • Competency in cash handling, fuel transactions, and loyalty program promotion
  • Maintenance of a clean, safe environment
  • Excellent communication and computer skills
  • High School diploma or GED preferred, or retail management experience
  • Valid Driver's License and automotive liability insurance
  • Ability to multi-task and perform physical tasks
