Select Your Ideal Shift: The Morning Advantage (Shift A): Mon–Fri 8:00 AM – 2:30 PM The Weekend Power Shift (Shift B): Wed–Fri 8:00 AM – 2:30 PM + Sat–Sun 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM The Evening Specialist (Shift C): Mon–Fri 1:30 PM – 8:00 PM The Role at a Glance: As an Appointment Specialist, you aren’t just making calls—you’re launching projects. You will: Consult: Engage homeowners via phone and text to identify their exterior remodeling needs. Coordinate: Qualify leads and schedule free, in-home consultations with our experts. Manage: Maintain precise records in our CRM to ensure a seamless customer journey. Exceed: Hit your daily goals and watch your uncapped bonus grow.
