This role plays a critical part in minimizing loss, enforcing company policies, and maintaining a secure working environment during the afternoon and evening shift end times.ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES (includes other duties as required):Monitor facility access points to prevent unauthorized entry or exit.Conduct routine patrols of the warehouse, manufacturing areas, and perimeter.Investigate incidents involving theft, or suspicious activity.Operate and monitor surveillance systems (CCTV, access control, alarm systems).Collaborate with operations and HR teams to enforce safety and security protocols.Respond to emergencies, including fire alarms, medical incidents, and security breaches.Maintain detailed incident reports and logs.SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION/LICENSES & CERTIFICATIONS:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
