We are a warm, active family of five consisting of Mom, Dad, our 12-year-old daughter, and our two sons, ages 9 and 2. Our children each have unique personalities and bring a lot of joy to our home. Our youngest is a curious, caring, and affectionate toddler who loves to explore and learn. Our 9-year-old son is friendly, kind, and a wonderful big brother. Our oldest daughter is mature beyond her years, responsible, and always willing to lend a helping hand when needed.
As a busy, professional family, we are looking for a nanny who can become a valued extension of our household by providing an extra set of hands during the evenings. We are seeking someone who can help support the flow of our home, assist with the children's needs, and help ensure that everyone has what they need to thrive. Both parents work in leadership roles, managing teams, so having reliable support at home would allow us to be more present and engaged with our family while maintaining balance in our busy schedules.
A bit about you:
We are looking for a fun, active, patient, and loving nanny who genuinely enjoys working with children of all ages, from toddlers to pre-teens. Our ideal candidate is someone who understands the unique needs of a curious and energetic 2-year-old and has the patience, creativity, and enthusiasm to engage him in age-appropriate activities. We would love someone who enjoys spending time outdoors, whether that means trips to the park, playing on the swings, going for walks, or simply exploring and staying active outside.
In addition to being nurturing and affectionate, we are seeking someone who is comfortable interacting with children at different developmental stages and can easily connect with each of our kids based on their individual personalities and interests. Most importantly, we are looking for someone who will provide a warm, positive, and supportive presence in our home and become a trusted extension of our family.
Job Duties:
This position will primarily focus on caring for our 2-year-old son while also providing support for the overall flow of our household during the afternoon and evening hours. The day will typically begin with household preparation, including light child-related tasks such as meal preparation, children's laundry, and getting organized for the afternoon. A reliable vehicle and comfort with driving are important, as the role will include a drive of approximately 30 minutes to pick up our youngest child. Depending on our schedule and daily needs, you may also be responsible for picking up our oldest child either before or after picking up our youngest.
Once home, the focus shifts to helping the evening run smoothly through dinner, playtime, bath time, and bedtime routines, as well as preparing for the following day. Our son is an active, curious toddler who loves reading books, playing with cars, spending time outdoors, visiting the park, looking at vehicles, and talking about puppies. He adores his siblings, enjoys both active play and quieter activities, and thrives when he has opportunities to move, explore, and learn.
We are looking for someone who can support his continued growth and development through engaging play, reading, language-building activities, and positive reinforcement. Experience with potty training is highly valued, as we would love a caregiver who can partner with us in encouraging his independence and helping him reach important developmental milestones.

Position Highlights : 24 hours a week guaranteed, plus mileage

Schedule: Starting as soon as the right fit is identified, Monday-Thursday from 3-9 pm
