To excel in this position, you must be able to multitask, communicate well with others, and be very organized in tasks. The ideal candidate must be very goal-oriented and willing to work at a fast pace while maintaining the quality and accuracy outlined in the job expectations. Compensation: $65,000 - $75,000 annually, depending on experience.**Essential Job Duties:*** Solicit and sell to new and existing customers.* Present solutions and services that are available to customers.* Be familiar with Elitek Vehicle Services' product literature and ability to convey product information and availability to customers.* Make sales presentations on new and existing accounts.* Assist in training and motivating other sales team members.* Ensure the integrity of the Company's quality management systems.* Complies with established company policies and procedures.* Assumes other duties as assigned.**Supervisory Responsibilities*** Not responsible for supervising employees.**Education & Experience:*** High School Graduate or G.E.D. equivalent required* A minimum of two years' sales and/or distribution experience preferred* Must possess a valid driver's license, as well as the ability to operate a Company vehicle.* Available for 50% travel* Must be able to communicate effectively with others* Must have the flexibility to work variable schedules when needed.* Must possess attention to detail while working in a timely fashion* Must possess organizational skills, as well as the ability to multi-task* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment* Must be able to work under various conditions with frequent interruptions* Must be able to move and/or lift at least 75 pounds* Some positions in this classification may involve operating a motor vehicle for work-related duties.
