Step into a meaningful contract role supporting students’ communication development throughout several vibrant elementary, middle, and high school settings near Baltimore, MD. Positions span multiple locations for the upcoming academic year, offering opportunities to build diverse experience within a collaborative school environment. Full-time and part-time combinations are available, with positions including Bollman Bridge ES, Clarksville ES, Forest Ridge ES, Swansfield ES (or Elkridge ES), Elkridge Landing MS, Hammond MS, and a unique split position at Wilde Lake HS/Howard HS.

Your expertise as a Speech-Language Pathologist will help students reach their fullest potential, working closely with educators and families to implement individualized speech and language therapies. Assignments commence August 10, 2026 and run through June 9, 2027, with schedules totaling 37.5 hours weekly.

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Current Maryland SLP License required (or eligibility by start date)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC–SLP) is strongly preferred; open to Clinical Fellows (CFYs)
• Previous experience in school-based or pediatric speech settings is an advantage
• Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
• Ability to manage a diverse caseload across multiple sites and adapt to varying student needs
• Commitment to evidence-based practices and a supportive, student-centered approach

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech-language assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver direct and consultative therapy services to students in both group and individual settings
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, families, and school staff to support student success
• Maintain detailed, timely documentation in accordance with district and state requirements
