Responsibilities
  • Welcome and assist clients, visitors, and vendors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events.
  • Assist with the preparation of documents and presentations.
  • Handle general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and answering phones.
  • Support the real estate agents with administrative tasks as required.
  • Ensure the office environment is tidy and welcoming.
  • Create and manage content for social media channels and email campaigns; distribute daily, weekly, and monthly communications (newsletters, event invites, updates)
  • Design flyers, signage, and basic graphics (using Canva or similar platforms)
  • Support the team with various projects and initiatives as needed
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an office administrator or in a similar role.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace
  • Proficiency in Canva
  • Familiarity with real estate terminology and processes is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and able to anticipate needs before being asked
