Construction Foreman

Job Description We have an immediate need for a Foreman with Underground Civil Power Infrastructure experience. This ideal candidate will provide direction and leadership skills to the field employees while maintaining a safe working environment. Duties and Responsibilities: Ability to manage construction projects Responsible for all aspects of the project to include quality, meet deadlines within budget and the safety of all personnel on jobsite Responsible for managing the schedule for the daily and weekly work Ability to forecast needed equipment and materials for job on a daily and weekly basis Excellent communication skills Ability to attend meetings Comply with all company standards and procedures Ability to work overtime as needed Other duties as assigned Ability to work in inclement weather Education and Experience High school diploma 2-4 years’ experience in underground utility construction as a foremen Experience in operating heavy equipment Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to manage project schedules and budgets Proficiency with Microsoft Office Overtime required during busy season Company Vehicle provided Profit sharing and bonus opportunities We offer a generous benefits package including company-paid medical insurance, paid holidays, 401k and paid time off (PTO) Upon a conditional job offer, a drug test and background check will be required.
