Shift: Days (8:00 AM - 6:30 PM, 4, 10-hour rotating shifts)

Hours/Week: 40

Employment Type: Travel, Full-Time

Licenses/Certifications: NM RN license or Compact State license, BLS, ACLS, PALS

Experience: RN with relevant clinical experience (newly licensed nurses considered at CN I level)

What You'll Do

• Coordinate and deliver high-quality patient care in the Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) for diverse patient populations.
• Conduct initial patient assessments, establish priorities, and re-assess systematically for continuous care adjustments.
• Develop and implement individualized, measurable care plans aligned with nursing standards.
• Make clinical decisions based on evaluation of patient outcomes and modify care plans as needed.
• Perform Point of Care testing and document interventions accurately.
• Participate in patient and family education, discharge planning, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Meet productivity and safety standards while demonstrating compassion and professionalism.

What You Need

• Current NM RN license or valid Compact State license
• BLS Certification (AHA)
• ACLS Certification (AHA)
• PALS Certification (AHA)
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant RN clinical experience or less with potential for CN I status
• Ability to work rotating 10-hour shifts, including weekends and on-call

• Experience in PACU, surgical services, or post-anesthesia care
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
