Responsibilities

Perform core duties of the role consistently and safely.

Coordinate with team members across disciplines.

Maintain accurate records and documentation.

Follow all safety and quality requirements.

Communicate clearly with internal and external partners.

Identify and drive process improvements.

Mentor or support junior team members as needed.

Take on additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

Must-Haves

3+ years of relevant experience in commercial mechanical construction or services.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Valid driver's license.

OSHA 10 or 30.

Nice-to-Haves

Industry certifications relevant to the role.

Bilingual English/Spanish.

Bachelor's degree where applicable.
