Shift Maintenance Technician

Are you an experienced maintenance technician with at least 6 months of hands-on mechanical or production support experience?  A fourth-generation, family-owned manufacturer with over 100 years of industry leadership, is looking for dedicated individuals to join our team in Francesville, Indiana. Job Summary:

The Shift Maintenance Technician supports the production team by maintaining equipment, assisting with machine setups, resolving production issues, and ensuring quality standards are met. This hands-on role is critical to the efficiency and reliability of our manufacturing operations.

Job Duties:

• Maintain and troubleshoot production and material handling equipment
• Assist with equipment startup and shutdown processes
• Inspect products to ensure quality and adherence to specifications
• Support machine setup and adjustment for various product models
• Promote and maintain a clean, safe, and team-focused work environment

Pay:

$20.00 – $52.00 per hour, depending on experience

Schedule 2nd shift Monday-Friday 10:50pm-7:00am
Shift schedules may vary based on production needs.

Experience or Skill Requirements:

• 6+ months of mechanical, maintenance, or production-related experience
• Ability to perform equipment setups and basic troubleshooting
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team setting
• Ability to follow safety and quality procedures
• High school diploma or GED preferred; technical training a plus
