Hospital Operations Specialist- Orthopedics
Johnson & Johnson Diabetes Care Companies
Johnson & Johnson seeks a Hospital Operations Specialist for its Orthopedics division (DePuy Synthes) to support trauma sales growth through inventory management, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration. The role coordinates resources and deployments across assigned accounts and territories in either Raynham, Massachusetts or West Chester, Pennsylvania.
Responsibilities
- Deploy strategies with Field Sales to balance resources and enable sales growth across assigned territories
- Coordinate inventory rebalancing, new product launches, and set deployments to accounts and field locations
- Generate analytics and data-driven insights to optimize inventory levels for sales leadership
- Process transactions in SAP and manage support requests from field sales organization
- Support sales systems implementation and guide teams through process changes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum 1 year experience in logistics, manufacturing, operations, sales, or inventory management
- Project leadership and coordination experience across multiple teams and stakeholders
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency
- Ability to work independently and influence cross-functional partnerships
- Willingness to travel domestically up to 25%
