About the Opportunity:
• Job Title: Trimmer
• Pay Rate: $20.00/hr
• Location: Delano, MN
• Schedule: 2nd Shift Monday-Friday 2PM-10:30PM
• Position Type: Temp to Hire
• Manufacturing or assembly experience.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Comfort with repetitive and precision work.
• Required to lift up to 25 lbs. Duties and Responsibilities:
• Responsible for trimming, finishing, and inspecting molded silicone and plastic medical components to meet quality and cosmetic requirements.
• Trim flash and excess material from molded parts using hand tools.
• Perform visual inspection with a microscope for defects (tears, bubbles, incomplete fill).
• Follow detailed work instructions and quality standards.
• Maintain lot traceability and basic production documentation.
