\n ArchWell Health is seeking a Family or Internal Medicine physician to join our growing outpatient practice in Birmingham, AL. This is a true outpatient role focused on an adult/Medicare population 60+ designed for physicians who want to practice high-quality medicine with strong support and a predictable schedule. This is an exciting opportunity to step into a rewarding role with a growing team at one of our well-established Birmingham locations.\n

\n Outpatient only no hospital or skilled nursing facility responsibilities\n

\n Minimal call, via phone only and rotates with entire Alabama market providers\n

\n Dedicated admin time built into schedule\n
\n
\n $20,000+ sign-on bonus and relocation assistance if needed\n
\n
\n Annual Quality metrics-based bonus (not RVU-driven)\n

\n We remove unnecessary work so our physicians can focus on medicine\n
