Pay Range:$35.92 - $53.88A successful candidate's actual pay rate will be based on several factors including relevant experience, skills, training, certifications and education.Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS) is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Multispecialty Care team. Ideal candidates are patient focused, mission driven caregivers looking for an opportunity to apply clinical knowledge to coordinate and perform hands on acute patient care at the bedside.Position Specifics:o Department: Transfer Centero Core Function: Nursingo Schedule: Evening, 36 hrs/wk, variableo Facility: St John’s Hospitalo Location: Springfield, ILThis position is responsible for the coordination of patients through the state-wide Transfer Center. Working with physicians and applying clinical judgement to facilitate the management, placement, and transport of patients throughout the state to Sister Hospitals or facilities that can provide the proper level of care and specialty for the individual needs of each patient.Education QualificationsGraduate from an accredited and approved school of nursing accepted for licensure in the state of practice is required.Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred.Experience Qualifications3 years recent clinical experience in acute care is required.Critical care experience is preferred.Certifications, Licenses and RegistrationsLicensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of practice is required.
