What You Will Enjoy Doing

In this role, you will coordinate with customers, engineering, production, and leadership to define scope, pricing, and deliverables for custom engineered solutions. Further, you will manage the global Field Service team, including custom job builds, calibration schedules, engineering support, and sales objectives. You will lead vendor, customer, and internal communications to bid, quote, and execute projects, including equipment installations. You will develop, maintain, and organize complete custom-job documentation (manuals, drawings, schematics, software, calibration, safety standards). Moreover, you will ensure compliant project execution through commissioning, training, handover, and adherence to industry and regulatory standards (OSHA, NFPA, ASME, etc.). Also, you will manage project risk and change control, including change orders, HAZOPs, risk assessments, and Engineering Management of Change (EMOC) processes.

What Makes You Great

You possess a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Controls Engineering (preferred) with 5+ years of machine design and project management experience. In addition, you have the ability to travel up to 50% domestically and internationally based on project workload. You have basic proficiency in 3D CAD software (SolidWorks preferred). You have demonstrated ability to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and process equipment issues in industrial environments. You have knowledge of instrumentation, controls, and equipment installation, commissioning, and signoff. It is preferred that you will have experience with robotic automation, Thermal Spray / Industrial Gas systems, customer technical support, and credentials such as PE license or Project Management certification.

Pay range: $115,000 - $130,000
