What You'll Do:

• Provide high-quality patient care utilizing the nursing process within the scope of practice and standards.
• Assess patient needs, develop and implement teaching strategies for patients and families.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, delegate tasks, and manage resources efficiently.
• Use data and evidence-based practices to evaluate patient outcomes and advocate for continuous improvement.
• Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, ensuring safety and privacy.
• Demonstrate cultural sensitivity and professionalism in all interactions.
• Support the facility's mission to provide exceptional care to diverse patient populations.

What You Need:

• Valid RN license in Louisiana
• Minimum 2 years of acute care nursing experience
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, CPI certifications (American Heart Association and Crisis Prevention Institute)
• Computer proficiency and strong communication skills

• Bachelor's degree in nursing or higher-level certifications in specialty areas
• Prior experience in post-anesthesia or PACU settings
