This opportunity is ideal for an accomplished retail leader who thrives on full business ownership—developing exceptional teams, driving profitable growth, and creating memorable customer experiences.As the leader of the boutique, you will be accountable for the overall success of the business, translating brand strategy into commercial results while cultivating a high-performing, customer-focused culture. You will lead with confidence and accountability, inspiring your team to consistently exceed sales goals, strengthen customer loyalty, and deliver an elevated in-store experience.Beyond the four walls of the boutique, you will serve as a brand ambassador within the local market, building community partnerships, supporting events and activations, and identifying opportunities to grow brand awareness.
