JOB SUMMARY
Installs posters and bulletins and performs maintenance on the physical structure and surrounding property.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF POSITION
Climb fixed, portable, and extension ladders to heights up to 125 feet multiple times daily; work from elevated platforms up to 125 feet up to 70% of work day. Lift up to 100 lbs without restrictions; use safe lifting practices. Use oxygen/acetylene torch, AC/DC welder, and gas‑powered equipment such as lawn mowers, chainsaws, generators, compressors, paint sprayers. Operate company vehicles; possess a valid driver's license. Use all safety equipment as mandated by company procedures. Perform basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division). Have full range of motion for installing and maintaining signage; meet maximum weight restrictions of 265 lbs. Work in all weather conditions; tolerate risks associated with an outdoor environment. Comply with all company policies, procedures, and guidelines. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
High School diploma or equivalent. Effective communication with external clients and internal personnel at all levels. Highly adaptable to changing work environments.
