Key Responsibilities\n

Your essential job functions will include, but are not limited to:

  • Facilitating and leading psychoeducation groups focused on perinatal mental health, equipping participants with essential information and coping strategies.

  • Conducting comprehensive assessments and individualized treatment planning in collaboration with clients, their families, and multidisciplinary team members.
  • \n
  • Participating in staff meetings, training sessions, and case conferences to enhance collaborative care and improve treatment outcomes.

  • Engaging with community agencies, local civic organizations, and healthcare networks to create a robust support system for clients.

  • Maintaining comprehensive documentation of client progress, including treatment plans, daily notes, incident reports, and discharge summaries, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

  • Assisting with social service needs as directed by clinical guidelines, reinforcing your role as a consumer advocate within the local community.

  • Implementing and monitoring treatment plans under clinical supervision, making adjustments as necessary based on client feedback and progress.

Qualifications\n

To thrive in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

  • A master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a closely related discipline is required.

  • A valid and active Social Work License as per state regulations (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW) is mandatory.
