Key Responsibilities

• Assist welders by preparing materials, organizing parts, and maintaining clean, stocked workstations

• Operate forklifts safely to transport materials and finished goods within the facility

• Load and unload trucks, ensuring accurate placement of materials

• Assemble drawers and components according to specifications and quality standards

• Support powder coating processes by preparing parts and handling finished products

• Assist with painting operations, including staging parts and maintaining a clean workspace

• Perform general production and machine operation tasks to meet daily targets

• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines at all times

Qualifications

• Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or general labor preferred

• Forklift experience is a plus

• Ability to lift, move, and handle materials in a production setting

• Strong attention to detail and reliability

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment

Hiring Process

• 30-minute interview and evaluation with a floor supervisor

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $20.00/hr.
